Funeral services for Mr. Sterling Keith Horton, Jr. of Edmond, Oklahoma formerly of Sparta, Georgia will be held on Friday, September 6, 2019 at New Beulah Baptist Church 18343 Ga- 22 Sparta, Georgia 31087. Service time is scheduled to begin at 11:00 am with the interment following at The Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Sterling entered into rest on Saturday, August 24, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife , Nekesha Horton and his parents, Sterling Keith Horton, Sr. and Eula Ruth Lewis - Horton.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Jasmine Horton of Milledgeville, Georgia, son, Jaquontay Horton of Sparta, Georgia and one step son, Kaben Hunt of Sparta, Georgia, sisters ,Sandra Lewis, Cherrie (John) McCown, Janice Harris, step sister, Rosa Birston all of Sparta, Georgia, brothers, Tony Horton of Milledgeville, Georgia, John (Jakila)  Wingfield of Atlanta, Georgia and Vernon Horton of Savannah, Georgia, two grandchildren, aunta, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
