Celebration of Life for Mrs. Viola Stevens of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, at Flagg Chapel Baptist Church, 400 W. Franklin Street, Milledgeville, Georgia at 1:00 p.m.  The interment will be private.

Mrs. Stevens entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at her residence in Milledgeville.

Mrs. Viola Stevens was born to the parentage of the late George Lee Baker and Johnnie Lee Henley in Hawkinsville, Georgia.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Her memories will be cherished by her devoted husband, Gregory Stevens of Milledgeville, Georgia; three children: Anntrenett (Rama) Beasley of Augusta, Georgia, Shadeed Stevens of Tampa, Florida, and Shanquliea (Tamika) Stevens of Augusta, Georgia; six grandchildren:  Taliah Beasley, Amaya Beasley, Gabrielle Beasley, all of Augusta, Georgia, Amir Stevens of Killeen, Texas, Karter Danforth and Kamia Danforth, both of Augusta, Georgia; three sisters: Clareatha Boney, and Carrie Brown both of Tifton, Georgia; Evelyn (Ellis) Oliver of Memphis, Tennessee; two brothers:  Moses Baker, Sr., of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Eddie Baker of Washington, D.C.; one sister-in-law, Dorothy Haliburton of West Palm Beach, Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
