Memorial Services for Mr. Unis William Vinson will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 1:00 p.m. at Word of Life Ministries 407 Tolbert Street Rome, Georgia. The interment will be at The Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Georgia. Unis served faithfully at Word of Life Ministries as chairman of the deacon board,and on the sick and shut in committee. On Sunday,January 4,2015 Unis was called home to be with the Lord. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife Mrs. Janet Anderson Vinson of Cartersville, Georgia, two daughters;Vanessa (George) Sellars of Durham, North Carolina,and Andre Wiggins of Canton, Georgia, three sons;Johnnie Wiggins of Seattle, Washington,Bishop Daryl Anderson of Cartersville, Georgia, Chester (Mary) Taybron of Durham, North Carolina, one sister, Rotha (Prenel) Canaday, three brothers, Ernest (Evelyn) Vinson, Charlie Vinson, Lysander (Gloria) Vinson, eight grandchildren,twelve great grandchildren, one great - great grandchild and a host of other family and friends. Unis is preceded in death by one daughter Debra Vinson.
