The life of Mr. Willie L. Havior came to a close on Thursday, May 27, 2010 in the confines of Oconee Regional Medical Center in Milledgeville, ga. He was born September 30, 1933 in Milledgeville, Ga. to the parentage of the late Mr. Doc Havior and the late Mrs. Mary Woolfolk Havior. At a young age, he joined New Hope Baptist. He was employed by Superior Cleaners ( owned by the Boddie Family)and Griffin Pipe Company. He married the former Roberta Simmons in 1956. This union was blessed with six children and lasted until his demise. He was preceded in death by three brothers: Mr. James Havior, Mr. Ernest Havior and Mr. Lester Havior and by one son, Mr. David L. Havior. He leaves to cherish his memory : wife Mrs Roberta Simmons Havior of Milledgeville: sons Mr. willie L. Havior Jr.,Mr. Barry Havior and Mr. Bennie L. Havior,all of Milledgeville: daughters; Mrs Mary Ann Havior (Eugene) Pearson and Mrs. Beatrice Havior( Leon) Roach all of Milledgeville; 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.; brother Mr. Roddy (Carolyn) Havior, sisters:; Mrs Annie Ruth Havior (Willie) Holloway, Mrs. Willie Mae Havior (Harrison) Hurt, and Mrs. Elizabeth Havior (James)Waller, all of Milledgeville; brother-in-law Mr. Joe Lee (Theresa)Simmons of Milledgeville; sisters-in-law Mrs.Lillie Mae Simmons ( Leroy)Simmons, Mrs Helen Simmons (James) Manson, Ms. Wanda Williams and Mrs. Barbara Simmons (Charles) Hickman all of Milledgeville and a host of relatives and friends.
