Homegoing services for Mr. Willie B. Hawkins of Milledgeville, Georgia will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 11:00 am at The Augustus Austin Memorial Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home 950 N Clark Street Milledgeville, Georgia. The interment will follow at Pearson Chapel A.M.E. Church Cemetery Sparta, Georgia.

Willie was called home from labor to reward on Saturday, May 18, 2019. He was a member of Pearson Chapel A.M.E. Church in Sparta, Georgia.

His memory will forever linger in the hearts of his wife, Mrs. Jessie Mae Forney Hawkins, daughters, Brenda Ann Green, Cynthia Elaine Johnson, Wanda F. Reaves, Cynthia (Charles) Sims, sons, Jessie Lee Hawkins, Nathaniel Hawkins, Curtis (Senilla) Hawkins, Julius (Yvonne) Butts, James (San) Butts, Leroy (Tracy) Hawkins, Darryl (Linda) Reaves and a loving host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family and friends.

Willie was preceded in death by one son, Willie Lee Hawkins.
